Recreational
Conroe Youth Soccer League offers recreational levels of play defined as Division IV. Division IV is the level of competition for ages under ten. It is designed to be recreational where CYSL administers and register players in this level of competition. This level is designed to introduce players to the sport of soccer and familiarize them with the training and coaching techniques that will be instituted in older levels of play. We strive to present enjoyable, easy instructions on how to manage the soccer ball while learning the concept of the sport. We seek to encourage players, compliment their efforts and support their attempts to build confidence in themselves. Our recreation division is most important and we take pride in assisting our coaches with trainers to educate our players. We also rely on volunteers to coach our players and offer registration credits for those parents that obtain the necessary and required coaching licenses.

We are always in need of referees. Please click here to be directed to the referee zone.
Teams are formed by a committee at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of practices.
Coaches will notify players one week prior to the first practice.
Practice times are 30min to 1 hour for U5 – U8 and 1 1/2 hours for U9 – U10.
No shinguards = no play.
